Proof-of-Concept Testing
|
| In continuity and recovery
– particularly print-to-mail – it’s
good to have a plan in place, but it’s imperative
that the plan works smoothly and effectively when
needed. Mail-Gard’s unique proof-of-concept testing
provides you with the security of knowing that your files
can be transmitted to our facility and that your critical
applications can be recovered in a time frame that’s
acceptable to you. The bottom line is, the plan has been
tested – before you need it – so it works
when you need it. |

able to receive information directly from your data center
via TCP/IP communications.
On-Demand DR offers control of your print-to-mail applications
by enabling you to view your print production, store printer
resources at our recovery facility and even simultaneously
copy data to both the print and production queues for
uninterrupted protection. Recovery can begin within minutes

Impact Analysis helps business continuity planners accurately
assess their company’s preparedness and resulting financial
risks relative to a major disruption in print-to-mail operations.
Working in collaboration with Strohl Systems® professionals and Strohl’s BIA Professional Software, Mail-Gard’s Print-to-Mail BIA will collect and analyze processing, infrastructure, backup capabilities, recovery and restoration plans, and disaster management preparedness relative to production continuity.

|
| In addition to printing
and mailing, we also provide the option of notifying clients’
customers or key stakeholders that a business interruption
has occurred. Our call center and e-mail
notification capabilities alert your audiences to the
interruption and advise them as to when you will be back-to-business
