Facilities and Capabilities

Mail-Gard's print-to-mail recovery facilities are located in:

• Warminster, PA, approximately 35 miles northeast of the Philadelphia airport
• Fort Worth TX, approximately 20 miles west of the Dallas (DFW) airport

We are the only print-to-mail recovery provider to offer two dedicated recovery facilities. Having two locations provides the benefit of increased recovery capacity, the ability to offer guaranteed access solutions, and a more seamless recovery of Mail-Gard's Warminster facility in the event of an emergency.

Mail-Gard's print capabilities include cut sheet and continuous (with highlight color and MICR available). Full color print recovery is available in our Warminster location. Our inserting and finishing environment, at both sites, is equipped with state-of-the-art, intelligent, inserting systems, fully complemented to handle a variety of barcodes and envelope requirements and offers comprehensive document tracking capabilities. We also offer other finishing services such as binding and pressure sealing. Mail-Gard is the only major print-to-mail recovery center not affiliated with an inserter manufacturer. This distinction allows us to equip our facilities with the best solutions for our clients since we are not limited to equipment we manufacture. On-site US Postal substations and postal pre-sorting services complete your recovery requirements.

Mail-Gard's recovery facilities are available 24/7 and we provide the on-site production personnel required to complete your recovery. We offer our customers client work areas and an observation control center.
